The CarePlus Block Party @ JWJ Park!

On Friday, May 6, 2022, join James Weldon Johnson Park for The CarePlus Block Party – a free, family friendly event featuring St. Petersburg, FL based Progressive Funk band, AJEVA and Jacksonville based favorite, Mama Blue!

The event will spotlight fun games for all ages – including ping pong tables, cornhole, kan jam, bocci ball, and more; frozen drinks; food trucks; and all-around good times and summer vibes.

The event, presented by Friends of James Weldon Johnson Park and sponsored by CarePlus, will take place from 5:00pm to 9pm on Friday, May 6, 2022, and is FREE to attend but drinks (both alcoholic and non) will be available for purchase from JWJ Park’s full bar. Limited general seating available at this event, but you are welcome to bring your own chair! The festival is dog friendly too!
