Friends of James Weldon Johnson Park joins with two-time event sponsor Visit Jacksonville to present Brew & Barbecue this Fall on Saturday, November 15th, 2025, from 5 pm to 10 pm. Your favorite JWJ Park festival is back for year NINE and it’s going to be better than ever!
As always, festival goers can expect barbecue themed cuisine from this year’s featured food trucks – Butt Hutt Smokehouse, Fae’s BBQ, and Moore’s BBQ – as well as offerings from Good Food 24/7, Seitanic Jax – a vegan only food option, Millie’s Handmade Ice Cream, Sunshine Poppers, and Pop-A-Pples. Attendees can also expect to choose from over 20 beers from Ruby Beach, Grace Note, Sun King, and other local and regional breweries; an eclectic blend of vendors; and great music from Groove Coalition – a Jacksonville-based band that loves to GROOVE HARD to 70’s, 80’s and 90’s R&B Music, and festival headliners SMOKESTACK (with special guest and JWJ Park Live @ Lunch fave Paul Ivey) – one of Northeast Florida’s most prominent up-and-coming bands – bringing a sound that’s a fusion of Blues, Southern Rock, a dash of funk, soul, and country.
The festival is presented by Friends of James Weldon Johnson Park, family friendly, and free to attend. However, there are VIP packages available (visit tinyurl.com/BrewAndBBQ2025VIP) for $30 that include access to a VIP area with shade and dance area closest to the stage, air-conditioned Port-a-Jon, a tasting Cup good for UNLIMITED BEER, and one free raffle ticket entry in our Prize Giveaways!
